Professor of Finance and Founding Director of the Financial Capability Center at Merrimack College In 2016 her center received the award from the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education in the USA. Her research focuses on financial literacy and inclusion, financial behavior, and social finance. He has published in the Journal of Banking and Finance and the Journal of Applied Corporate Finance, among others. She holds a B.S. in Biology, an M.B.A., and a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Houston.
