She holds a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master in Methodology in Behavioural and Health Sciences from the University Autónoma de Madrid, Complutense de Madrid, and UNED. She has previously worked as a researcher at the Center for Insurance Research at IE and at the Human Resources Benchmarking Club of the HR Center at IE Business School, where she also coordinated the “Entrepreneurs & Employment Awards for Innovation in Human Resources”. She has also collaborated on numerous occasions with other institutions, designing psychological tests and others and analysing data from different research projects.
