Bárbara has over 25 years of professional experience in the banking technology field. She has focused her area of expertise on the definition of strategic plans and systems for financial institutions in addition to platform selection and IT transformation consulting.
Currently, Bárbara is responsible for the Corporate division of the banking segment at NTT DATA. From this position, she oversees promoting projects aimed at supporting the daily management of companies to help them achieve their goals and their commitment to sustainability. Thus, the area she leads has promoted multiple initiatives that include the development of accelerators, a best practices manual and in-depth analysis on digital banking, banking trends, neobanks and fintechs.
Barbara holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and has expanded her knowledge in international projects in countries such as Portugal, Chile, Brazil and Peru.
