IE University brings together more than 100 international recruiters at the IE Careers Forum 2024
This week, IE University brought together more than 100 recruiters from around the world at the IE Careers Forum, an event organized by the academic institution to give students and graduates from 185 countries the chance to network with multinational companies, assess hiring opportunities and accelerate their professional development.
Organized by IE University's Talent & Careers team at IE Tower, the event was attended by Bachelor's and Master's students studying at IE Business School, IE School of Science and Technology, IE School of Politics, Economics and Global Affairs, IE Law School, IE School of Architecture and Design, and IE School of Humanities. The IE Careers Forum has had conferences focused on technology, consulting and finance, among other sectors.

IE University is ranked 18th in the Times Higher Education's 2023 Global Employability Ranking, which gauges the opinion of international recruiters on the profile of graduates from 250 universities around the world. The ranking confirms that employers want global profiles with leadership capacity, backed up by solid teamwork skills and social commitment, who are capable of transforming organizations. This ranking consolidates IE University's position among the 25 best universities in the world in terms of employability for the sixth consecutive year.
In addition, IE Business School is ranked third in Europe in the Pitchbook 2024 MBA ranking, an internationally recognized report that evaluates entrepreneurs who have graduated from universities and business schools around the world whose startups have participated in funding rounds over the past decade.
