    MODULE 2- Inspirational on-site experience  – Ieseg School of Management, Lille (FRANCE) – October 13th and 14th, 2023

    MODULE 3 -Keys for value over generations – IE Business School, Madrid (SPAIN) – November 10th  and 11th , 2023        

    MODULE 4 – Your values, your vision – Luiss Business School, Rome (ITALY) – December 1st and 2nd, 2023 / December 15th and 16th, 2023     

    IE Families in Business represents IE’s commitment to support business families to understand the environment in which they operate, to reflect and act to face challenges, create positive relationships, make decisions and enrich the family legacy. To that end, we always invest in cutting-edge knowledge and we develop initiatives to initiatives that have a positive impact on family business management.

    The Global Family Business Management program is a one-of-a-kind collaboration between three leading schools – IE Business School in Madrid, LUISS Business School in Rome, and IESEG School of Management in Lille.

    Family-owned businesses are unique in many ways. This program will help participants understand and harness opportunities for sustainable growth while pursuing family cohesion and smooth succession. Participants will gain and develop the skills and tools that will help them to successfully lead their family-owned businesses according to their unique values.

    The program is structured in three on-campus modules in the beautiful and thriving cities of Madrid, Lille, and Rome, and a fourth online module. It covers the key challenges that family businesses face, including generational transition, family cohesion, financing growth strategies, governance, and sustainability.

    In addition, the program offers dynamic and stimulating activities that run parallel to the class sessions and which make this program stand out from the rest:

    • Family Roadmap – The perfect space for families to create their own roadmap to success.
    • Individual Coaching Program – Qualified professionals provide individual coaching sessions for a transformational learning experience.
    • Executive Follow-up – After the course, participants can discuss with professors and coaches the practical implications of the program’s take-aways and assess progress.
    • Inspirational on-site visit in Paris to one of the most relevant family-owned businesses in the world.
