Marta Pérez Lidón appointed Vice Provost for Education and Student Experience of IE University

Madrid, November 8, 2024 – IE University has announced the appointment of Marta Pérez Lidón as Vice Provost for Education and Student Experience to enhance the holistic learning journey of 10,000 Bachelor and Master students from 160 countries across IE University schools: IE Business School, IE Law School, IE School of Politics, Economics and Global Affairs, IE School of Architecture and Design, IE School of Science and Technology, and IE School of Humanities.

Under the leadership of Marta Pérez Lidón, the Education and Student Experience team will work closely with IE University’s six schools to drive academic excellence through innovative methodologies and transformational academic and life experiences. The new unit adds to the current mission of the Provost Office, which has contributed to forging the university’s strategy and establishing strategic alliances and partnerships with both prestigious academic peers and non-academic institutions, such as the United Nations. With this expansion of the Provost Office’s mission to student affairs, IE University embeds its partners’ ecosystem further in the student’s academic and life experience, strengthening their ties with the corporate and institutional world.

Previously Senior Director of Program Experience and Operations at IE Business School, Director of the IE Business School’s Dean’s Office, and Director of Programs, Marta Pérez Lidón has over 20 years of professional experience in strategy, program innovation, and student centricity.
