Manuel Pérez Romero is founding member of nodo17 group. He studied architecture in several European universities (Madrid, London, Torino, Milano and Las Palmas de G.C.).
He holds a Ph.D. in Architecture from Madrid Polytechnic University and a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) and Urban Planning (MUP) from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria University.
He is an European Union Registered Architect. His teaching experience includes 8 yeas at IE School of Architecture, 15 years at Alcalá de Henares School of Architecture and 1 year at Madrid School of Architecture. Currently he is the director of the new Bachelor in Future Cities at IE University.
In 2019 he has been appointed board member of the International Practice Committee of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
