CFF Eatnovation Centre
CFF Eatnovation Centre is a strategic design proposal for Classic Fine Foods (CFF). The CFF Eatnovation Centre aims to provide a physical space to support the CFF ecosystem of partners to provide an edge over existing online platforms such as Amazon.
Using robotics and automation, visitors will experience the farm-to-table process where they are able to see how CFF plays an important role in bringing the food to the table. The proposal aims to reposition CFF from being a deliverer of fine foods to a deliverer of fine service and to create brand trust with transparency in the process.
The project is set in Singapore, the next silicon valley of food. Singapore also has a unique hawker culture, creating an opportunity for CFF to not only leverage the strong "foodie" branding of Singapore, but also prevent the endangered tradition from dying out.
