The residential project is situated in an underdeveloped area in Madrid. A series of elevated structures were analyzed and cataloged as the basis of the concept. The main focus of the project, the tower, is designed to answer the housing, social, and environmental needs of the neighborhood through the use of a flexible floor plan, a CLT structure, and public programs throughout the building.
