This program will allow you to:
- Get an overview of the possibilities that the internet and the digital ecosystem offer for the creation or evolution of any type of enterprise (new technologies and digital business models).
- Understand the evolution that the market and the offline/online consumer have experienced, with the end user and the strategic development of the digital go-to-market plan playing a much more relevant role in all areas: marketing, sales, and back-/front-office operations.
- Zoom in on available digital technologies: understanding and application of new technologies in business and in the go-to-market plan of new digital business models, services and products. Deep dive into the understanding and application of disruptive technologies such as Industry 4.0, blockchain, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Use different methodologies to develop business models, as well as project management, service development techniques and management of the development of organizations involved in digital transformation.
