          EXCEL TOOLS FOR MARCOM

          This two-session pre-program course builds the foundations of working with data on Excel. Once you've completed this pre-program, you will be able to confidently use your new data-driven problem-solving skills and navigate the technical world of Excel.

          Working in a team environment, you and your peers will develop a marketing plan for a real company based on a real-world case. This will be considered your final master’s project, in which you take on board all of your knowledge from the program and put into practice the skills you have honed.           In this course students will learn programming terminology. They will obtain a solid grasp of the basic mechanics of programming, including a strong foundation in Python.

          This course teaches students the process of using digital technologies to create new — or modify existing — business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet changing business and market requirements.

          Among the most demanded qualification by companies is the one of Data Analyst. Data analysts typically work with existing data to solve defined business problems.           Qualitative Research works around the language, that is between the declarative world and the unconscious level of the consumer mind. Main qualitative research techniques will be reviewed: focus groups, in-depth interviews, neuromarketing...

          Paid Media refers to external marketing efforts that require a paid placement, like display advertising, pay-per-click, performance marketing or television. This course delves into the fundamentals of paid media and also reviews concepts like Programmatic Buying with an omnichannel media strategy.

          This course establishes the foundations of digital analytics. Throughout the course, students will acquire a strategic vision and be able to understand the working methodology of a digital analytics plan. What’s more, students will learn to confidently work with the main analytical tools used in today’s market and be fully equipped to take an exam to obtain an IQ Certificate in Google Analytics.

          This course has been designed to provide the students with an immersive, practical, workshop within an innovative environment to test and learn state of the art technologies. Students will get firsthand real experience in developing a tech-based product/service/tool from a business perspective as well as in dealing with coders/programmers, IT people.

          This course focused on the essentials of Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX), and User Interface (UI) design. Students will explore the core concepts and strategies for creating user-centered digital products and services. The curriculum includes understanding user needs, developing intuitive interfaces, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.           SEO means Search Engine Optimization and is the process used to optimize a website’s technical configuration, content relevance and link popularity so its pages can become easily findable, more relevant, and popular towards user search queries and, consequently, search engines rank them better.

          Owned media is any online property owned and controlled by a brand, such as a blog, website, or app, among other digital assets. The objective of this course is for students to become able to apply a strategic framework and roadmap of owned media with a customer-centric approach. The students will develop a website throughout the course.

          Designed to provide you with an analytical perspective, this course gives you an understanding of the relationships between brands and customers through every stage of the customer journey. You will learn through an omnichannel context with the objective of making data actionable for marketing and business strategies, while optimizing the decision-making process.

          Digital Analytics Plan is a continuous improvement process, which allows to make decisions based on business and competitors analysis.

          This course allows students to be familiarized with the fundamentals of lead generation and email marketing in the current digital landscape. Understand the role and relevance of lead generation for successful business strategy. Match email marketing with your lead generation strategy and review the email marketing offer and its links with CRM.

          A practical workshop, a simulated experience to what building influencer marketing campaigns are like. The goal is to understand the basis of influencer marketing, and how brands and agencies execute work with influencers in practice.

            • The Master in Digital Marketing is a full-time, in-person program lasting ten months. You'll be studying in Madrid's bustling business hub.

            • This is an intense full-time program with classes from Monday to Friday in our Maria de Molina Campus. You can expect aproximately 3 or 4 hours of classes per day, which may be scheduled in the morning or the afternoon. In addition, you will also be required to complete individual and team work, for which we recommend spending around 2 hours per day. We don't recommend that you work while you study this program.
