Evangelos Liaras earned his BA in history from Harvard University and his MS and PhD in political science from MIT. He has worked for the OSCE mission in Bosnia-Herzegovina, taught at Koç and Boğaziçi University in Turkey, held postdoctoral fellowships at George Washington University in DC and CEPC in Madrid, and a Senior Academy Fellowship at Chatham House, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, in London.
