IE School of Politics, Economics and Global Affairs (IE University) proudly announces the launch of its first edition of the Public Leadership Executive Program, designed specifically for senior leaders from international organizations, government institutions, and public administrations who are committed to driving positive change in the public sector.

In today’s complex landscape, international public leaders face the challenge of delivering results in an environment characterized by multidimensional issues, geopolitical tensions, rigid organizational structures, and rising demands for transparency, efficiency, and integrity. This intensive program equips participants with essential tools to navigate these challenges, integrating best practices in management, policy design, negotiation, and adaptive leadership, equipping participants to make a meaningful impact in public administration.

Academic Director Iván Stola emphasizes that this new program “is a journey that engages participants in the human aspects of leadership, integrating tools and practices for navigating organizational politics, managing stress in high-pressure environments, and strengthening emotional intelligence—key elements for thriving in complex public organizations."

With an emphasis on interactive and hands-on learning methodologies, the Public Leadership Executive Program empowers public leaders with essential skills, actionable strategies, and practical tools to effectively adapt and respond effectively to the demands of a globalized world.

IE University has a long-standing experience in teaching leadership to global organizations. The IE Public Leadership Executive Program combines this expertise with a team of academics and senior practitioners, who have a solid understanding of the institutional challenges faced by international organizations and public administrations. The program also fosters a dynamic environment for networking and peer learning, aiming to cultivate a vibrant community of practitioners that extends beyond the course itself.
