WHAT IS MXT?

MXT—Management Xponential Technology—is an innovative program whose name encapsulates its three key focus areas.

It is designed to equip dual degree students from IE School of Science & Technology and IE Business School with the skills to leverage rapid innovation and disruptive advancements.

Over the course of six months, participants will explore the potential of cutting-edge technologies, enhance their management skills, and learn how to create value and make an impact in a short period of time.

WHO IS MXT FOR?

The MXT program is for ambitious, tech-driven individuals with strong critical-thinking skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.

If you have the potential to lead growth with passion and vision, this could be the program for you.

This program is open to students enrolled in one of the following dual bachelor’s or master’s degrees offered by IE School of Science & Technology and IE Business School.

HOW DOES MXT WORK?

The core program runs from January to June, with a series of sessions designed around its key focus areas.

These sessions are interspersed with perspectives from unique and inspiring expert guest speakers, as well as an Xponential thinking masterclass and one-on-one mindset coaching. Throughout this period, each participant will keep a journal on a personal impact-focused project, cultivating ideas, reflections and growth.

In the summer, participants have the option to complete a career-building internship, where they can apply their new skills and make a real impact.

Participants discover their own unique strengths, goals and ambitions, and embrace their creativity to help shape the future.
