Guillermo de Haro Rodríguez Appointed Vice Dean of Graduate Programs
The move completes the school’s leadership team.
Guillermo De Haro Rodriguez has been appointed Vice Dean of Graduate Programs at IE School of Science & Technology. Guillermo is well known to IE as a professor in the Information Systems area and has directed the four graduate-level Data Analytics programs for the past two academic years. He brings to this role a vast set of experiences, networks, and two doctoral degrees.
In addition to his doctorates in engineering and applied economics, he graduated from IE’s MBA in 2002, cum laude, at which time he started teaching at IE University. Guillermo, who wrote three case studies as a student, has since collaborated in case study workshops and other university activities. He has participated in many European and Spanish research projects and grants, as well as having published numerous articles and books, including most recently El pequeño libro de la filosofía estoica [The Little Book of Stoic Philosophy].

The appointment completes the school’s leadership team, which now includes Rafif Srour, as Vice Dean of Undergraduate Programs. As the most senior Vice Dean, she is the school’s designated Executive Vice Dean and serves as the default representative of the school when the dean is not available. Other key members of the leadership team include Geoffroy Gerard, Vice Dean of Development and Partnerships, David Gomezullate Oteiza, Head of Faculty, and Patricia Morales De Setien Ravina, the Executive Director of the School.
