As a professional with a passion for strategy, creativity, and technology, Sebastian is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of immersive experiences. Together with a team of technologists and designers, he is constantly exploring new ways to enhance experiences through the use of XR (virtual, augmented, and mixed reality) technologies.

In his role at IE University as Academic Director, Master in Computer Science & Business Technology, Sebastian oversees the academic curriculum, ensures the program’s alignment with industry standards, and fosters relationships with industry partners to enhance the educational experience for students. Additionally, he continues to serve as an Adjunct Professor of the ‘Spatial Computing (Augmented and Virtual Reality)’ elective, where he focuses on teaching students the fundamentals of Spatial Computing and helping them to generate business ideas.

In his role at Accenture as Employee Experience & Productivity Global Lead, his mission is to incubate and scale solutions that enhance the worker experience, deploy leading-edge technologies, inspire clients and partners with thought leadership, and collaborate with industry teams to realize value at scale.

Sebastian is passionate about using technology to make a positive impact on people’s lives and is committed to staying at the forefront of innovation in his field.
