I’ve been working for SDG nº 5 “Gender Equality” and SDG nº 8 “Decent Work and Economic Growth” passionately for many years.

I’ve worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs all around the world, helped them grow their business, and ensure economic growth.

As a researcher, I explore understudied mechanisms through which gender inequality is created and perpetuated in entrepreneurship.

Being a proud member of the Democratizing Work Initiative, I work with a cross country, cross disciplinary team of social scientists, looking for democratic and sustainable ways of working to build a more equal, more inclusive and fairer society.
