Each of the three days was dedicated to a specific sector, which answers to the core IE University principle of career discovery as students are invited exploring career pathways. Some companies had on-the-spot interviews with candidates. For companies, the MBA Days also offer the opportunity to promote their employer brand.

Some of the company representatives were IE alumni who also participated in face-to-face interactions with current students, emphasizing on the importance of networking and using the opportunities provided by Talent & Careers.

“I actually got my first consulting job through one of the MBA Talent Days back when I was a student and didn't know what consulting was until I attended one of the events, and here I am, inspiring current students to follow my path,” said Manuel Pinto, Delivery Manager at McKinsey & Company and IE Alumni, “It is a great chance for students to gain an in-depth understanding about specific sectors and has definitely shaped the person I am today.”
