This program offers face-to-face interactions with a hugely diverse group of international peers and sector practitioners. This makes it ideal for connection-builders seeking to forge deep relationships within a diverse community and the business world alike.

Our teaching methods separate this graduate business program from its competitors.

The in-person nature of this program encourages the development and application of networking skills that will be key to future career success. You’ll get a traditional classroom experience and be surrounded by students of various backgrounds and disciplines.

The Master in Management blends theory with practical application of what you’re learning, allowing you to explore your aspirations, strengths, gaps and purpose in order to make informed decisions about your future career.

What will my program schedule look like?

The 15-month Master in Management has two intakes; December and August. Regardless of your chosen intake, the program content is the same.

Pre-program and Start modules ensure everybody begins on the same page when they dive in. The Pre-program covers essential skills such as financial accounting, economics and Excel solutions. The Start module, meanwhile, is a highly practical way to develop interpersonal and management skills.

The main program then begins with an exploration of business foundations, kicking off with modules that help you navigate uncertainty, build decision-making models and manage not only yourself and your own career, but also other people.

Once you’ve mastered the fundamentals, you’ll hone your journey by selecting a concentration that aligns with your career pathway. Nine options allow you to focus your study on what most matters to you: Marketing, Branding & Sales; Strategy, Organization & Transformation; Finance & Investments; Digital Strategy & Transformation; Business Intelligence & Analytics; Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation; Product Management & Service Design; Sustainability & Business Transformation; International Business & Strategic Foresight.

Rigorous theory is important, but so is the opportunity to practice real-world application of what you’ve learned.

As the program continues into its later months, more choice awaits you. You can choose to focus your experience even further, with more than 50 innovative elective courses available to you. Or you can complement your learning journey with an international exchange at one of our world-leading partner universities. Ideally, you’ll select an institution with a regional or thematic alignment with your specific objectives.

The final phase of the program explores the Next Best You in practice. Here, we guide you in shaping your future career, impact and purpose. You’ll work with experienced professionals to guide you to what really matters to you and where requires most focus. And you can complete an internship of up to two months, take part in an AI Bootcamp or dive into experiential sustainability courses.
