What will my program schedule look like?

The International MBA can be completed in three different durations. This ensures you have a personalized educational experience that aligns with their needs. The International MBA is offered as an 11-month, 15-month or a dual degree program that can be taken between 19 and 23 months.

11-month option

A great choice for anybody looking for the skills and knowledge necessary to get ahead in their current field. Over three terms, students in the 11-month program will build a base of knowledge in two different business foundations modules.

Term 1 covers the core foundational subjects in business; Entrepreneurship, Financial markets, Financial reporting and analysis, Innovation in our digital world, Marketing management, Operations management and Strategy. You then refine your skills for maximum impact, with modules on Business, government & sustainability, Data analytics for managers, Digital transformation, Leading people & change, Managerial accounting, Supply chain management, Managerial economics and Corporate finance.

The first term also features the Impact Skills Accelerator and Career Discovery Accelerator, adding value with comprehensive skills training that complements your core learning.

It also offers insights, strategies and job prep training to make informed decisions about your future.

Term 2 features 12 intensive weeks of deep dives into one of eight available concentrations, following the path that best aligns with your own ambitions.

In Term 3 you can choose to do an internship, using your Career Discovery and Job Preparation & Search training.  Alternatively, you could choose to join a five-week Lab, working in teams on a real business problem facing a company. Even here, there are choices. The Social Impact Lab, the Startup Lab, the Tech Lab and the Business Impact Lab each provide experiential learning that’s relevant to you.

You’ll complete the program with a final integrative exercise. This combines everything you’ve learned to crack a problem of your choosing.

15-month option

Students who choose this duration will be studying for a total of four terms. They will mirror the academic pathway of the 11-month program, with an additional term that focuses on personalizing their education even further. During this fourth term, students will have additional opportunities to apply their skills and test their progress through a Global Immersion Month, an international exchange, additional electives and extended internships. This duration is tailored towards students seeking deeper career exploration and a greater focus on specialization.

Dual degree option: Diversifying your MBA skills

This duration allows students to obtain a dual degree within a range of 19 and 23 months. This is a great option for any student who is looking to both sharpen their business acumen and gain deep expertise in a specific, complementary field. Students in this track will spend two terms focusing on the business foundations necessary for the International MBA and completing an independent project.

From the midway point of the second term, the second master’s degree begins. This provides the chance to craft complementary career skills and stand out in the job market.

Choices for the second degree include programs in Science, Technology & Data; Marketing, Communication & Sales; Architecture & Design; Law, International Affairs & Public Policy; Finance, Trade & Economics; Talent & Leadership Development and Business & Management.
