Gian Gael Gonzalez Büchsenschütz, Graduate Analyst
By the time Gian Gael Gonzalez Büchsenschütz joined the Master in Finance, he already had some experience in asset management. “But I felt that I still needed a practical skill set to truly get into the more sophisticated quantitative strategies,” he says.
So he set out to join a master’s program that would provide more hands-on expertise, which he found here. And while he expected it to be “more cut-throat,” Gian was delighted to discover a friendly, positive culture instead.

Now, Gian works as a graduate analyst at DWS Group, the asset management arm of Deutsche Bank—where he works on “everything portfolio management and capital markets.”
Yash Rathod, Senior Finance Manager
“The Master in Finance was a big game-changer for me,” says alum Yash Rathod. A chartered accountant, he ran his own firm back home in India. However, he always felt limited in the services he could offer his clients.

Today, Yash is the senior finance manager at Kalon Financial, a London-based financial services firm. Matilde Corrêa De Barros, real estate private equity analyst
For Matilde Corrêa De Barros, the Master in Finance was a chance to launch her career in real estate. After three years of managing different projects, she was ready for a change but felt she lacked the skills to make it.
