Antonio Cuéllar Prats

Antonio Cuéllar is the Partner in charge of the Tax Department of Eversheds Sutherland in the Madrid office. Antonio has more than 25 years of professional experience in the different areas of corporate taxation, with special emphasis on international transactions. He is a recognised expert in the taxation of mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructurings, real estate taxation and international taxation, both of foreign investments in Spain and Spanish investments abroad. Antonio is recurrently highlighted by the prestigious legal directory Chambers & Partners as an Spanish expert in taxation.

For 15 years, Antonio has been a professor in tax matters at IE Law School. He has also published numerous articles and monographs in specialized journals and economic press. He regularly speaks at conferences and seminars in Spain and abroad.
