Carlos Temprano

Professor Carlos Temprano, Buildings & Places Director at AECOM, runs an international practice over 200 Architects and Designers providing worldwide smart integrated design solutions in the fields of workplace consultancy, Interior Design, Architecture and Urban Planning.

During his career, Carlos has leaded multidisciplinary teams working on many sectors like Office, Transportation, Retail, Leisure, Logistics, Education, Defense, Healthcare and Sports.

Throughout all those projects he has gained a global experience, working with clients, local standards and cultures in several parts of the world, including Europe, Middle East, LATAM and United States.

Carlos´ innovative vision has been focused on implementing a sustainable holistic approach, removing boundaries between design disciplines and extending the services through the building whole lifecycle by combining the use of the most innovative technologies and quality processes and methodologies.

Carlos received his Master in Architecture Degree from the University of Madrid (Spain). He has been awarded with prizes and recognitions and his design work has been exhibited and published in many occasions (Europan VII, VIVA Housing Competition, etc.). Carlos has also given courses and lectures at universities and conferences in Spain, Europe and America.
