Gillian Stewart

Gillian has over 35 years experience of leading, designing and delivering successful interior fit out projects for a variety of clients across both Private and Public sectors in the UK and Europe.

Concentrating mainly in Workplace her skill is creating spaces which facilitate change to the organisation who occupies it, their culture, and business processes. Her principle skills are Briefing, Design Concept Development and Client relationship management.

Gillian is a Director of Michael Laird Architects. With over 70 staff MLA are one of the largest Architectural, Interiors and Consulting practices in Scotland. Gillian heads up runs their Glasgow office and the Strategic Consulting Function.

Throughout her career she has worked with a wide variety of clients, which include: ARUP, ADOBE, BBC, BRITISH TELECOM, DIAGEO, IBM, INEOS, HMRC, JPMORGAN, KPMG, MICROSOFT, SCOTTISH GOVT, UK GOVT, NHS, ROLLS ROYCE, SKY, TELEFONICA, VODAFONE, and many more.
