Ignacio Martín Maruri

Ignacio Martín Maruri is an expert in Adaptive Leadership and Organizational Transformation, with more than 10 years of experience working as a consultant with companies from multiple industries and sectors and a university professor in various postgraduate programs.

At the beginning of his professional career, Ignacio assumed senior management positions in telecommunications companies, developing strategic initiatives that allowed him to sell the first 3G network in the world. He has also worked advising Latin American governments on different public policies and with important international foundations aiming at promoting sustainable development in Latin-America. For 10 years, Ignacio has been a partner and consultant at CLA Consulting, advising companies from all industries in their change challenges and developing leadership competencies. He is also a postgraduate professor, teaching courses on Adaptive Leadership, Organizational Transformation, Digital Transformation, and Mobilizing Narrative at different universities in Spain and Latin America. He has been awarded multiple times for his academic excellence.
