José Luis Romeu Poyatos
Professor Romeu is a senior associate at the Corporate and M&A Department of Pérez-Llorca, law firm which he joined in 2017 and he is a specialist in M&A, private equity and corporate law. During year 2019-2020, he worked in the London office of Pérez-Llorca. He previously worked as an associate in the Madrid office of an international law firm.
José Luis has a Bachelor degree in law from University of Alicante and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center, where he graduated “with distinction”.
As a lawyer, he is qualified to practice in Spain and is also a Solicitor of England and Wales (non-practicing).
