Joseph Gelman

Joseph Gelman is a consultant that works in the intersection of business, creativity, and technology.

He started his post-MBA career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Spain. After that, he spent 15 years in brand, CX and innovation consulting, mainly as a partner at Prophet, the San Francisco based transformation consultancy. Then he returned to Madrid as the Managing Partner for Minsait Business consulting with a focus on innovation and digital transformation.

Today Joseph is an independent consultant and the producer and host of the acclaimed Outliers Podcast (in Spanish).

He holds a BA in Management from the Universidad Metropolotina in Caracas and an MBA from the Columbia Graduate School of Business in New York.
