Tomás Calleja Mediano

Tomás Calleja is a senior partner at McKinsey & Co. where he leads the Western European Implementation and Delivery Assurance Practice and is a member of the leadership group of the Operations Practice and the Telecommunications, Media and Technology Practice. During his 28 years at McKinsey, Tomás has advised leading Institutions across several countries mainly in Europe and LatAm defining overall strategy and corporate transformation programs. Tomas´ expertise also include designing global organizations for multinational corporations and supporting integration processes. Since recently, he also leads the Public Sector group in the Iberia office.

Tomás is passionate about education as a key enabler for progress and has participated in several efforts within the McKinsey Education practice as well as is one of the core members of our re-skilling team in Europe. Tomás has extensively collaborated with several NGOs in Spain and he is Vice-President of SERES.

Tomás has a degree in Economy and Business by Deusto University and MBA by INSEAD.
