Eva Monzón

Eva initially chose to study the Bachelor in International Relations at IE University because she wanted to gain a deeper understanding of how the world works and learn more about international organizations. When the opportunity arose to study abroad through an exchange program, she knew it was the perfect chance to experience life in another country and expand her skill set. Thanks to IE University’s partnership with the Universitá degli studi di Milano, Eva chose to study in Italy, and loved every minute of her experience.

IE University played a key role in helping Eva align her exchange experience with her future goals. Through IE University’s partnership, she was able to attend a top-tier university and gain valuable experience that will help her in her future career.

During her exchange, Eva missed the overall experience of studying at IE University. She particularly missed the program’s classes and teaching methods. However, her experience of studying in Milan and immersing herself in another international community has helped shape her personality and made her more independent.

Eva believes that IE University's exchange program is a great opportunity that students should take advantage of. She encourages everybody to explore the partnerships that IE University has with other universities, institutions and corporate partners around the world, and to consider studying abroad as a way to gain new experiences and perspectives.

Eva's exchange semester in Milan was a valuable experience that helped her grow both professionally and personally.
