IE University brings together more than 350 international recruiters to IE Careers Forum 2025

This week, IE University brought together more than 350 recruiters from around the world for the IE Spring Careers Forum 2025, its annual event that brings talent and international companies together to accelerate the careers of its students and graduates from 185 countries.

The event, organized by the IE Talent & Careers team at IE Tower, IE University's Madrid headquarters, was attended by students and graduates of Bachelor's and Master's programs from IE Business School, IE School of Science and Technology, IE School of Politics, Economics and Global Affairs, IE Law School, IE School of Architecture and Design and IE School of Humanities.

IE University is ranked 18th in Times Higher Education's 2024 Global Employability Ranking. This ranking analyzes the opinion of international recruiters on the profile of graduates from 250 universities around the world. The results confirm that employers demand professionals with a global vision, leadership capacity, solid teamwork skills and social commitment. This ranking consolidates IE University's position among the top 25 universities in the world in employability for the seventh consecutive year.
