IE University and Brown University join forces to train STEM leaders
Both institutions enhance their longstanding partnership with a new agreement that allows IE University top performing undergraduate students to complement their STEM studies at Brown University School of Engineering.
IE University and Brown University have announced a new phase in their collaboration, allowing IE University top performing students to continue their academic journey in the Master of Science in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship (PRIME) at the Brown University School of Engineering.
Aimed at empowering technology leaders with the skills to maximize societal impact, the PRIME master’s program includes a week-long immersion trip to Silicon Valley where students interact with leaders across industries to foster career growth. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to cross-register at Harvard University or Providence-based design college RISD for their electives. The PRIME program will be open to top Bachelor students graduating from Business Administration, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, Data and Business Analytics, Environmental Science and Sustainability, and the dual degree in Business Administration and Design. IE University admitted students will benefit from a 25% scholarship to continue their academic journey at Brown University’s School of Engineering.

This new collaboration enhances the longstanding academic partnership between both institutions, who jointly have run the top ranked IE-Brown Executive MBA since 2011, and whose partnership has also included summer programs for pre-college and undergraduate students, faculty collaborations, and other academic initiatives.
