IE Out & Allies Club has been organizing this conference since 2006 to discuss trends and promote business networking.

IE University celebrates the 18th LGBT+@Work, one of the leading LGBT+ conferences in Europe and the longest-running since it was launched in 2006, almost two decades ago. Through Campus Life and the IE Foundation, IE University once again brings together executives with an international profile to analyze diversity and inclusion policies in the business world, discuss trends, growth opportunities, and promote the business network.

Among the speakers taking part in LGBT+@Work 2024 will be Francesco Sparacio (Microsoft), Mateo Rouco (BBVA), Mahmoud Assy (Eufonia), Christina H. Henkel (Skyadvisory) and Emmanuel Djengue (Stealth Startup), who will share their vision with IE University students from 160 countries, graduates, professors, researchers, business executives and LGBTIQ+ allies, over the course of a day of conferences, workshops and round tables. Under the heading 'This is Me, This is We', the conference focuses on building inclusive work cultures, opportunities for technological development and initiatives to protect mental health and well-being.

"At IE University we work to promote an ecosystem of diversity, an environment where everyone feels included."
Sabine Yazbeck, Global Head of Student Experience at IE University

"Diversity is part of our identity, it helps us to enrich the academic experience and we are convinced that it is key in the business world to building spaces that can add different perspectives, something we can all contribute to. All in all, I am very happy to be here to celebrate the 18th edition of LGBT+@Work with our entire community," said Sabine Yazbeck, Global Head of Student Experience at IE University.
