Following approval by the US authorities, this SoHo College will change its name to IE New York College (IENYC). IENYC has been approved by the New York State Board of Regents of the State of New York as a not-for-profit institution since 2017, is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) and is authorized to admit international students.

IENYC will offer Master's programs, including the M.S. in Business for Social Impact and Sustainability, which will begin in January 2025, and will soon announce the institution's new programs for the 2025-2026 academic year.
