The program from a student perspective
Location
Location
You can study the Bachelor in Behavior and Social Sciences in Segovia and Madrid. If you decide to start in Segovia, you will spend year one at the campus in Segovia, before moving to Madrid for year two, three and four. If you start the program in Madrid, however, you will spend all four years of the program in the Spanish capital.

Build a solid analytical foundation
The ability to analyze human behavior and understand people is in high demand in multiple industries. In this program, you’ll undertake both qualitative and quantitative research to build skills that can be applied to a variety of contexts, such as politics, communication, health and societal development. Human Behavior
Gain the skills, practical tools and knowledge to influence and shape behavior. You’ll learn about how people think and why. The program provides you with the skills necessary to apply your knowledge immediately to business scenarios, as the program goes beyond purely theoretical learning. By gaining insight into how social sciences affect everyday life, you’ll be prepared to make an impact on organizations around the world.
Business
The program provides opportunities for students to be involved with real-life businesses looking to operate effectively in teams and drive behavioral change. The knowledge you gain around traditional business leadership styles and transformational leadership styles will ensure that you’re equipped to understand and impact diverse organizations from NGOs to private multinationals.
Analytics
Learn the practical analytical skills necessary for telling a compelling, data-based story when discussing human behavior. Human behavior is hard to define—motivations, goals and impulses are often thought of as “automatic” and, as a result, mysterious or unpredictable. However, with this program, you will acquire the tools to measure, predict and tangibilize its impact.
Concentration Tracks
You can choose between two tracks:
1. Experience Design (Behavioral Science, Marketing, Behavior Change and User Experience).2. Talent Development (HR, Talent, Coaching, Recruitment). These tracks prepare you to have a successful career in these areas.
Experience Design has a heavy focus on quantitative analysis and is applied in the context of behavioral science, marketing and user experience to address the growing need for professionals who understand how customers experience products and services.
Talent Development takes a multidisciplinary approach to human problems, finding effective solutions at an organizational level in talent, HR and recruitment, and at a micro-level through coaching. Gain high-demand skills through your deep understanding of people’s motivations and goals, and align those to your organization’s strategy and operations.
